1. Review our event calendar for the date and time you are requesting. Please note that the decision process for all events can take up to 60 days.
Venue Rental Process
2. Fill out the details of your event and select the space you would like to rent below. Please review the fee schedule, all fees are finalized before an agreement is signed by all parties.
3. A member of our staff will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours. All requests will be reviewed by our Board of Directors who meet the 2nd half of every month.
Once a decision is made for your event, a staff member will reach out to notify you. If approved, we will coordinate a meeting to review and sign our contract, pay your deposit invoice (if applicable) and walk through the venue space.
ALL REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Tierras Indigenas Board of Directors and staff reserve the right to void contracts due to conduct, etc.
If the date requested is less than 60 days from the date of submission, email info@tierrasindigenasclt.org to request an expedited review.
