TICLT Non-Member & Community Organization Venue Rental

Instructions

1. Review our event calendar to ensure that the date and time you are requesting is available.

2. Fill out the Details of your event.

3. Select the space you would like to rent below, see the fees below.

  • All deposits are $100 to hold your reservation on our calendar, final fees are calculated during the contract step!

4. If this is your first time renting our spaces, we would like to meet with you to review our contract and answer any questions you might have. We are happy to meet in person or virtually, email vanessan@tierrasindigenasclt.org if you would like to meet in person!


Please note that due to building plumbing limitations, the restroom can only accommodate gatherings of fewer than 20 people. For larger events, renters are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a portable restroom.

A member of our team will reach out to discuss your needs and finalize the rental agreement. Availability for your requested date and time is not guaranteed.

Community Room

  • Hourly Rate: $15

  • 4-Hour Block: $50

  • Full Day (8 hours+): $90

Fees:

Indoor Space

  • Hourly Rate: $30

  • 4-Hour Block: $100

  • Full Day (8 hours+): $180

Outdoor Space

  • Hourly Rate: $50

  • 4-Hour Block: $160

  • Full Day (8 hours+): $300

Indoor & Outdoor Space

  • Hourly Rate: $80

  • 4-Hour Block: $300

  • Full Day (8 hours+): $600
